Lab 3.3 - Manage Folders

1. To create a new folder, go to Jenkins Dashboard and click New Item

2. Select Folder and type the development for the folder name in the box.

Click OK and then type:

  • Display Name: Development
  • Description: Folder for the development project

3. Click Save

4. To clone an existing folder, back to Jenkins Dashboard. Click New Item

5. Click Folder and type the name for the new folder. For example production. Fill development in the Copy from field box at the bottom of the screen

6. Click OK

7. Change the description and click save

8. To delete a folder, click the folder name, for example production, and then click Delete Folder button on the left side
